Returns on Planners:
Because of the personalized nature of our planners, we do not offer returns. However, if we have made a mistake on the personalization or something with the planner is defective, we will gladly remake and replace your purchase. Please notify us immediately if there is something amiss with your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer any refund or exchange.
Returns on Horse Apparel:
Because we order the apparel from a manufacturer that does not allow us to return, please make sure that you read the description closely before ordering. We cannot offer returns on apparel ordered. However, if we've made a mistake in your order or the apparel is defective in some way, please notify us immediately (within 5 days of purchase) so that we can take care of business. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we won't be able to take that back to the manufacturer for a remake.
